Return / Refund Policy

Refund Policy

If an item is missing from your order or arrives broken, please email customer_service@beauteque.com with your name, order number, product name, and a photo of the broken item. If approved, we will ship you out a replacement or refund you the cost of the item – whichever you prefer.

Refunds will be issued back by your original form of payment within two weeks, after we receive your return package/authorize a refund. In the case a refund is unsuccessful, a check will be issued. Keep in mind it may take a few days for a refund to be reflected on a bank statement or in your account. If you do not receive your refund within two weeks, please contact customer_service@beauteque.com

Return Policy

“Items returned must be sent back in the original package and be unused and unopened. For all returns, you must contact Beauteque via email to generate a RMA. Contacting Beauteque should be within 14 days upon receiving the product. Refunds will be issued back by your original bank credit card within 2 weeks. In a case that the refund is unsuccessful, a check will be issued. Buyers have to pay for all shipping charges for returned items and re shipping costs for any exchange made. Beauteque will be liable for shipping costs pertaining to incorrect color and/or  item. Beauteque will also be responsible for the shipping costs for re shipping the replacement. All discounted and clearance items are subject to final sales.  They cannot be returned.”

How to Return an Item

“If you have a beauteque.com store account, simply log in and view your order history. Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return, and select “Return Items.” Complete the return request form and you will hear back from us within 3-5 business days.

If you do not have a beauteque.com store account, please contact customer_service@beauteque.com for return requests.”
